Before heading out to see the Oberlander clan in the land of fruits and nuts, decided to pickup a new camera at Costco. Decided to do it at Costco for the 90 day return policy and they make it so darn easy. Decided I still wasn’t quite ready for a SLR and thought the 12 MP, 12X optical zoom and 25x wide angle option would be enough for the DMAN (for the foreseeable future).
Took the camera and the wonder dog down to Centennial Trail for a quick test and here are some of the photos.
Here I experimented with the 12X optical zoom by shooting through some chest high weeds that ... literally ... were mowed down a little over a week ago.
